When I received this attunement I was greeted by some Lemurian High Priests as a long lost friend. The head of them was Adama from Telos who was once the head of the Lemurian priesthood, I know we are related somehow through my Sirian parents. He placed a beautiful Lemurian crystal into my 3rd eye and gave me also a wonderful Lemurian crystal wand. He said it is his gift to me and he would keep it for me until I can visit him but that I can use it already as an ethereal crystal.

There are no prerequisites to receive this attunement but knowledge about energy work is helpful.
